Emissions & Safety Policy

Emissions controls remain part of the system

AutoStack Performance does not offer services intended to remove, bypass or defeat required emissions controls, or to conceal emissions-related faults. Requested work and vehicle configuration are reviewed before acceptance.

Acceptance is configuration specific

A supported vehicle listing does not establish that every modification or calibration request is acceptable. We do not make blanket claims of legal compliance for every tune or configuration.

Safe, lawful validation

Do not perform unsafe public-road testing or operate a device while driving. Validation arrangements must respect road rules, vehicle condition and the safety of everyone involved. Controlled facilities may be appropriate depending on the work.
