Tuning & Cancellation Policy

Mechanical readiness

Disclose known faults, maintenance concerns, leaks, warning lights and all relevant modifications. Tires, brakes and other safety-critical systems must be fit for operation. Mechanical issues must be resolved before calibration can proceed.

Equipment and fuel

Equipment requirements are discussed during consultation and confirmed before calibration begins. Confirm compatibility before buying hardware. Fuel and vehicle configuration must remain consistent with the agreed calibration requirements.

Scheduling and validation

Use Microsoft Bookings for consultation availability. Dyno sessions use rented facilities and require separate arrangements. Validation must be lawful and safe; unsafe public-road testing is not part of the process.

Service arrangements

Equipment requirements, revisions, follow-up, cancellations, rescheduling and refund terms are discussed during consultation and agreed before work or payment.
